- OnamForm Application utilizes your email address to send consent forms.
- Orthodontist Application does not collect frontal face pictures, and it is not feasible to use side profile photos for biometric spoofing. Even in the event of a data breach from Amazon cloud servers, the identities or frontal face pictures of the children are never collected preventing any risk of identity theft. Sensitive user data, including the test side facial photos, will be stored only temporarily and in an anonymized format on Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud servers. This ensures that any data stored during the pre-diagnosis process cannot be linked to individual users’ identities and is solely used for input to the mathematical model stored on the AWS servers.
Disclosure of Your Information
We may share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this Privacy Policy:
- With service providers who perform services on our behalf.
- With business partners, affiliates, and other third parties for the purposes of providing you with products and services that you request from us.

Data Transfer and Storage
All data transmission and storage processes are encrypted at both Mugla University and Amazon servers to safeguard user information. Additionally, only our software engineers have access to the Mugla University servers preventing any unauthorized access and protect the confidentiality of the stored data at Mugla University servers.
